This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of software provided by YORRU SOFTWARES.
By installing, accessing or using the software, you agree to this EULA.
1. License Grant
Subject to these terms, YORRU SOFTWARES grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for its intended purpose.
The software is licensed, not sold.
2. Restrictions
Unless permitted by applicable law or the applicable license, you may not:
- Resell the software
- Redistribute unauthorized copies
- Rent or lease the software
- Remove proprietary notices
- Circumvent license restrictions
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to protected components
- Use the software for unlawful purposes
3. Ownership
YORRU SOFTWARES retains all rights, title and interest in the software and associated intellectual property except for third-party materials.
4. Updates
We may release updates, patches or new versions.
Updates may change functionality, improve security or address technical problems.
5. Third-Party Components
The software may include third-party libraries or components that are governed by their own licenses.
6. Privacy
Your use of the software may involve processing of information as described in the applicable Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
The license may terminate if you materially violate this EULA.
Upon termination, you must stop using the software and remove copies where required.
8. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided without guarantees that it will be completely uninterrupted or error-free.
